What is Fine Arts?

Fine Arts Festival is a discipleship tool of the AG Youth Ministries designed to help students discover, develop, and deploy their ministry gifts and to learn about their God-given abilities and talents.

We, along with leaders and family members, encourage students to develop their gifts and then use them in their schools, churches, and communities. Fine Arts Festivals enable students to experience a time of learning through evaluations, and interaction with other students.

2. STUDENT APPS

OPTION 1: Share link with students and have them register online themselves.
OPTION 2: Collect paper forms to register your students online personally.

3. PAYMENT

Check or Card accepted. Payment will need to cover ALL participants in your group.
Payment to be mailed in after verification, or paid in person at check-in.

4. CONFIRM

Invoice and confirmation will be emailed to each youth pastor/coordinator after registration closes on February 6, 2025. Please review the information to make sure everything is correct.

NON-PRESENTING CATEGORIES

Art Entries, Writing Entries, Short Film & Promo Video, Board & Video Game Streaming, will need to be dropped off at the Network office by Thursday, February 6th in order to be evaluated.

Entries must be picked up on Saturday, March 29th at Festival by 4:00 p.m. Entries not picked up by this time will be considered abandoned and discarded.

DEADLINES

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: All registrations must be received by the SMYM Office no later than Thursday, February 6th.

PRE-FESTIVAL SUBMISSIONS IS CLOSED

Please follow the specific submission guidelines for each division.

Writing, Promo Video, Short Film Entries submit by February 6th
All art will be due in office by February 6th.

PRESENTATION TIMES

Presentation times will be provided at check-in during the festival. This information will not be distributed beforehand.
Participants are required to attend orientation and present their entries at their assigned times.
